Return Policy

Gold Urban accepts returns within 15 days from the date the item is delivered. 

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied contact us via live chat or at sales@goldurban.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and follow the steps provided via email. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. 

Orders are eligible for returns if they are in original, brand new condition, unworn and with all the documentation and all original tags attached and received within 15 days of delivery.

Return orders that are over $200 are subject to a 20% restocking fee as many of these items are custom made to order. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Worn items and items returned without tags and original documentation will not be refunded. 

Orders received after 15 days will not qualify for a refund. As a courtesy, a store credit or exchange may be granted.

Due to sanitary issues, Grillz are not returnable and not refundable. Please make sure that you pick out the correct style before placing order as we cannot restock and refund these items. 

Gold Urban will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from the date the item was delivered to the customer. To initiate an exchange for your item, reach out to us via live chat or email us at sales@goldurban.com and we will provide instructions on how to process an exchange. For items to be eligible for an exchange, they must be in original, brand new condition, unworn and with all the documentation and all original tags attached.

Order Cancellations:

 

Orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be charged 20% Cancellation Fee. Please allow up to 1 business day to process.

Please note that partial.ly layaway orders cannot be cancelled and do not qualify for refunds. Layaway orders can only qualify for exchanges or store credit.
